Independent development and implementation of transnational quality management system (QMS) geared toward certification readiness for umbrella certification under ISO standards. Conducting internal and external audits for the certification of ISO standards. Development of a KAIZEN maturity model and expansion of the KAIZEN solution methodology. Planning and moderation of KAIZEN events, both internally and at customer’s sites. Winner of the Swiss Lean Award 2022. Supplier audits in Europe and Asia. Introduction of quality audit processes and implementation of external quality services in Asia.

Managing the company’s online presence by maintaining and continuously optimizing the website, including the e-shop. Coordination of cooperation with third-party online platforms.
