Certified in Lean Management, Six Sigma and as Internal Auditor cross-country and inter-divisional implementation of the KAIZEN philosophy. Active support in achieving and ongoing renewal of ISO and EFQM certifications. Supplier audits in Europe and Asia on production quality (partially also in a regulated environment), sustainability as well as SA-8000 and BSCI standards. Development and implementation of a self-control concept according to HACCP guidelines as well as of quality inspection procedures according to AQL level II. Setup and coordinate 3rd party quality inspection services in Asia.
Manage the corporate online presence by maintaining and continuously optimizing the website incl. e-Shop. Coordinate cooperation with third-party online platforms. Plan and implement targeted advertising campaigns in selected print media. Production of promotional documents such as brochures, product sheets, newsletters as well as print templates for general catalog in collaboration with external agency. Initiate and implement a company-wide CD concept.
