Italy, a European country with a long Mediterranean coastline, has left a powerful mark on Western culture and cuisine.

Europe is a continent located entirely in the Northern Hemisphere and mostly in the Eastern Hemisphere. It is bordered by the Arctic Ocean to the north, the Atlantic Ocean to the west and the Mediterranean Sea to the south. It comprises the westernmost part of Eurasia.

Italy has left a powerful mark on Western culture and cuisine. Rome is home to the Vatican as well as landmark art and ancient ruins. Other major cities include Florence, with Renaissance masterpieces such as Michelangelo’s “David” and Brunelleschi’s Duomo; Venice, the city of canals; and Milan, Italy’s fashion capital.

My Blog

Ciao! On behalf of our younger and youngest earth citizens around the world, let me bring this Educational & Informational Resource Guide For Children to your attention which can be found on the page All About Italy For Kids on the IDC legal offices’ website. My special thanks go to the staff and volunteers of Kid’s Cause (a USA-based mentoring program to benefit kids) who tirelessly mentor children at risk and – in lieu of one of these kids there – made me aware of that page.
