Here’s an overview of my core competencies and gathered experience so far. Such activities, I have been successfully performing both in domestic (Switzerland) and foreign countries covering Asia, Europe and Scandinavia.

General Management

In SMEs on C-level in Europe and Asia. Report to BoD, CEO and company owner.

Strategic Management

Development of cross-continent SCM concepts for the entire group to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, optimal flow of goods as well as cost and tax optimization at the individual national companies. General trade administration inclusive transfer pricing and insurance solutions.

Finances & Projects

Investment, cost, HR and revenue budgets. Annual budget and revenue responsibility of up to USD 75 Mio. with single signature. Drawing up of various business plans. Evaluate the acquisition of a company with complementary product portfolio and building up of a chain of stores in franchise system, both in Switzerland as well as the take over of an existing production facility in the P.R. China. Feasibility analysis of establishing and running own manufacturing sites in S.R. Vietnam and Cambodia.

Contractual Matters

Corporate and HR contracts as well as trademark registrations. Global framework and service level agreements. OEM / OBM / ODM supply contracts.

Global Procurement

Setup and operate 12 international purchasing offices locally in the procurement market Asia. Sourcing / Purchasing / Logistics (incl. 3PL, sea freight) / Supply Chain Management / Vendor Management / Strategic MoB decision matrices. Continuously observe market tendencies (innovation, overall state of supplier market and vendors).

Set-up KPI’s and monitor service levels to ensure compliance and uninterrupted availability. Development and implementation of standardized cross-continental procurement strategiy, policies and procedures by formulating a 100-pages handbook also taking into account the global legal aspects of trademarks and private labels.

Quality Management

Active support in achieving and ongoing renewal ISO 9001 certifications. Supplier audits in Europe and Asia on production quality (partially also in a regulated environment), sustainability as well as SA-8000 standards. Development and implementation of a self-control concept according to HACCP guidelines as well as of quality inspection procedures according to AQL level II. Certified in Lean Management and experienced in inter-divisional implementation of the KAIZEN philosophy. Setup and coordinate 3rd party quality inspection services in Asia.


Maintenance and continuous website optimization: Web page and e-Shop Management by using the Open Source CMS (Content Management System) CONTAO. Coordinate cooperation with third-party online platforms. Plan and implement targeted advertising campaigns in selected print media. Production of promotional documents such as brochures, product sheets, newsletters as well as print templates for general catalog in collaboration with external agency. Initiate and implement a company-wide CD concept.


Leadership of inside and outside sales force. CRM and KAM. Responsible for store operation for both B2B and B2C customers and external sales office. Export of end-consumer goods out of various countries all over Asia to Scandinavia and Central Europe.

HR Management

Cross-country and multi-level HR management and employee leadership of about 60 staff in Asia and 100 staff in Switzerland of various nationalities incl. apprentices in 3 professions.


Strong PC literacy, MS Office proficiency and advanced user knowledge of common ERPs such as OpaccOne, Navision, AS400 and MyFactory (active involvement in its implementation). Website design and development (self-taught learning: this site). Evaluation of inventory optimization software add*ONE. Work with PIM software and manage a transnational VPN and several LANs.
